1. Terms for using the site

Before entering this site and using it, please read regulations carefully.

These instructions and regulations apply to all forms of use of the site.

Entering the site, use and/or sign-up, constitute an agreement to the regulations listed here and are an agreement and obligation to act accordingly.

Purchase through the site is permitted for any adult (by their state law), legally holding a valid credit card, registered in the users' name.

The site management reserves the right to periodically change the site and/or policies, according to its sole discretion and without any notice or warning.

 

2. Ordering through the Website

Selecting and collecting items from the purchase area to the "shopping cart" is done by pressing the "add to cart" key, next to the image of the requested item.

At any time throughout the transaction you can view the contents of your "shopping cart", by clicking on the cart icon that appears at the top right of the page.

When you wish to leave the purchase area and pay, you may click the "check out now" key.

 

3. Privacy Policy

To perform an online purchase in the site you have to provide your personal details. This information is meant to permit us to verify your identity and confirm your purchase with the credit card companies and enable us to perform the shipment to your requested address.

In order to protect your privacy and prevent collection of information by an unauthorized source, the payment area is protected by 128 BIT SSL protocol.

 

You may perform a registration to the site. Registration grants you the option to buy again without providing your personal details, and provides you with the opportunity to receive updates concerning new products, special sales and unique deals.

 

In order to remove any doubt, we are committed to retain your personal information and not transfer them to any source or use them in any way, other than transferring the information to the company associated with your credit card, and only to authorize your purchase.

 

4. Performing Payment

You may perform the payment for the items purchased by one of the following credit cards: Visa, Master-Charge, Isracard, American-Express and also through a Pay-Pal account. 

It is possible to split the sum up to 4 payments, depending on the total sum of purchase.

 

5. Order Confirmation

At the completion of the purchase procedure and after you have fully completed your details as required, a notice will be sent to your e-mail address which includes the order details and its number.

The order will be confirmed and will be carried out only after receiving confirmation from the Credit Card Company or Pay-Pal. After receiving confirmation, a tax invoice-receipt for the purchase will be sent to your e-mail address.

If for any reason a problem arises concerning the order, , a message will be sent to the buyer.

 

6. Delivery

Deliveries of products from the site are carried out through the EMS service of the Israel Postal Service.

The delivery should arrive within 10 business days, depending on the country of destination.

However, KOTIK-DESIGN Company is not responsible for delays which are not under its control, such as: Problems that originate from the forwarding company, customs delays, strikes that are defined as a "force majeure".

If for any reason a problem arises concerning the delivery, a message will be sent to buyer in that respect.

In any case or this possibility, the buyers will receive the delivery number and a link to the forwarding company by e-mail, to follow the shipment and its progress.

If for any reason a problem arises concerning the delivery or order, a message will be sent to the buyer by e-mail.

 

7. Cancellation of a Transaction and Return Products

Any transaction may be cancelled at no cost, as long as the order was never prepared or sent to its destination.

 

Items purchased may be returned for any reason, within 14 days of their receipt.

In this case, an e-mail should be sent to info@kotik-design.com within14 days of receipt, in which you mention the purchase number that appears in the invoice and the reason for the return.

 

Returned products must be sent back in their original packaging without any damage.

Returned products should be sent to: P.O.B. 118, MISHMERET 40695, ISRAEL. The words: "Returned delivery" should be written clearly on the package.

The copy of the invoice sent to you by e-mail should be added to the package with the product.

These actions are conducted in accordance with customs and taxes regulations applicable to imports into Israel, and are necessary in order to receive the refund.

In order to remove any doubt, these steps are necessary for performing the refund. No refund will be performed if these actions are not carried out.

 

A refund for a returned item will be made after KOTIK-DESIGN Company has received it and on condition that it was in its original packaging, well-kept, without any damage and according to the instructions specified for "Returned Delivery". 

The refund will be made the same way as the debit.

There is no refund for delivery costs.

The delivery of the returned item will be paid by the sender and with no refund.

 

8.   Copyrights and Intellectual Property

The content that appears in this site is the asset of KOTIK-DESIGN Company.

This content is protected by international copyrights, and so are the pieces of jewelry which are registered models, which are not to be copied and any use is forbidden.

 

All our work and designs are in the realm of recycled art and jewelry, and elements we create use readymade materials and waste.

Our jewelry is based on used original bottle-caps which reach us from various independent sources. None of the original bottle-caps logos or graphics had been reproduced. All trademarks displayed in this web site are owned by their respective owners.

 

9. Law and Jurisdiction

It is agreed and declared by the users and/or buyers and/or viewers of this web site, and also by anyone who makes use of this site of any kind, that this web site operates according to the law and rules of the State of Israel, and the only judicial authority for any subject and interest, on the basis of any claim related directly or indirectly, by the contents displayed on this site, is the Court of Law in Tel Aviv, Israel.
